Chamber members are eligible to attend Chamber sponsored educational opportunities. The Chamber sponsors an Educator Reception, Candidate Forums, Customer Service Seminars and a Leadership Madison Program- that is the source of future leadership within the community.

The Chamber receives over two thousand requests yearly, for information about businesses in the Madison area. Only Chamber members are referred in theses instances. We promote you!

The Chamber promotes the Madison area and its business community statewide and nationally by belonging to the US & SD Chambers. We also advertise in such publications as the SD Vacation Guide, SSDTA Off the Beaten Path Guide, Who’s Who Chamber Directory, SD Calendar of Events, web sites, travel shows and event advertising.

Madison hosts the Legislature Business Day at the Legislature, Ag Appreciation Night, Far Toy & Doll Show, Leadership Madison program, Annual Meeting & Banquet, Educator Reception, Cracker Barrel, Ribbon Cuttings and mixers all provide opportunities for contacts only available through the Chamber.

A Retail Development Task Force made up of community leaders continues to seek out prospective retail businesses to relocate or expand to the Madison area, as well as assisting existing businesses.
