Dakota Ethanol, LLC began production in September 2001 and produces 52 million gallons of ethanol annually from 18 1/2 million bushels of locally grown corn. In addition, the plant provides high quality Distillers Grains for livestock feed, such as Dry Distillers, Modified Distillers, Wet Distillers & Syrup. Dakota Ethanol, LLC not only produces an eco-friendly fuel and highly sought after Distillers Grain, it employs 39 full-time individuals and positively impacts the local and regional economies.
